Gregory Teare serves as a senior executive advisor to the President and CEO and a trusted strategic counselor and mentor to the SVP Chief Financial Officer, SVP Chief Accounting Officer, and SVP MPP and Corporate Communications. Teare provides counsel on enterprise financial planning, capital strategy, and business transformation, helping drive long-term value through growth initiatives, investment decisions, and strategic opportunities. Teare joined FHLBank Indianapolis in 2008 as Chief Banking Officer, overseeing the Advantage Mortgage Purchase Program and affordable housing and community investment programs. Teare's previous positions include Risk Management Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seattle and Vice President and Director with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
